Tips for Summer Maintenance of Eco Solvent Printer and UV printer

With the arrival of hot weather, the maintenance of eco solvent printer and UV printer is essential. The following are suggestions for maintaining equipment in high temperature environments:

1. Control temperature: Keep the operating temperature of eco solvent printer and UV printers within the ideal range of 15-30 degrees Celsius. Fans or air conditioners can be installed to lower the indoor temperature.

2. Anti-static and anti-dry ink: In a dry environment, increasing indoor humidity can prevent static electricity problems. You can sprinkle water to increase humidity and install grounding wires for the equipment. Avoid connecting too many devices to the same socket strip and use dedicated socket strips.

3. Accelerate the drying of the screen: In the case of high humidity, adjusting the drying system gear and using a cold fan can accelerate the drying of the screen and avoid ink adhesion.

4. Control indoor temperature and humidity: Place the UV printer in a cool, backlit place, control the indoor temperature at 15℃~30℃, and the humidity between 35% and 65%. Consider installing cooling equipment.

5. Print a test page every day: Print a test page every day when the machine is turned on to check whether the printing effect is normal and avoid nozzle clogging or damage. When not in use for a long time, choose to turn off the power and moisturize to reduce the temperature.

6. Regular cleaning: Clean the inside and outside of the equipment every week, especially the key parts such as the head and guide rails. Check whether the surface of the flat wire is clean and whether the connection is tight and not loose.

Through the above maintenance measures, you can ensure that the equipment works stably in summer and extend its service life.
